Britteni Shearin Segura

I am a North Carolina native. I have been a stay-at-home mom to my boys for the past couple of years. I am excited to now be working in the four year classroom as the English Lead Teacher. My five year old attended LEAP in 2021 and found a love of all things nature as well as a confidence in speaking both English and Spanish.

I hope to help foster this same confidence in other Latinx children. My educational background is in Psychology and Sociology and I do have many years of experience working with youth in a variety of settings. I believe this, combined with my personal experience raising my own children in a multicultural household, will help me to succeed with this goal.

I spend my free time at parks or hiking trails with my family and I love you read!
