LEAP's dual language immersion program for 3 and 4 year olds offers a project-based learning curriculum with a play-based approach that challenges children cognitively, while building strong social emotional skills and resilience to support intellectual curiosity and a lifelong love of learning
In the 2022-2023 school year,
LEAP added an outdoor learning component to our teaching model, offering either weekly or monthly field trips to our fully outdoor learning space.
Tutoring
LEAP's tutoring program matches children in grades 1st-6th with a tutor who works with them one-on-one to develop their literacy skills and academic competence.
Summer Camp
LEAP offers Nuestro Verano - a STEM focused, Spanish Immersion summer camp every July for both 4-6yr olds and 7-10 year old students.
Community resources
LEAP considers all families who participate in our programs as part of the LEAP community. We make sure that our families get connected with Durham based resources based on their individual needs.
